Returns

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and sleepwear, all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Items without original packaging
